Biography: Arrived as a temporary receptionist after the disappearance of Honey Raymond. Like many receptionists before her she found it hard to get along with Virginia. Chloe had a one-night stand with Danny and has never forgiven his treatment of her. She is a close friend of Lola’s and is now a waitress at the Hotel. Chloe was attacked in the staff room at the Hotel but has no memory of the event. Police suspected that the crime may have been linked to the murder of Susie Samson. Chloe was horrified when her mother, Carran, returned to King’s Oak and took a job at the hotel. Chloe doesn’t have much contact with her sisters or brother. She hasn’t seen her father since he left Carran five years ago.

Biography: Carran is the mother from hell. Move over Wanda Wise because Carran is here! She’s stolen her daughter’s boyfriends, had lesbian relationships with two of her female teachers and is total embarrassment. Carran has had more careers than boyfriends and that’s saying something! And her daughter is&ldots;.Chloe. Carran spilt from Chloe’s father five years ago after she had an affair with one of Chloe’s teachers. Carran has returned to King’s Oak after leaving Chloe two years ago. Carran went on holiday with a new boyfriend and failed to come back. Chloe finished her A-Levels and got a job at Crossroads while Carran travelled around the world, got arrested for drug smuggling and dumped by her boyfriend! Carran decided to return to King’s Oak and cause yet more havoc in her daughter’s life.
